Notification has been published by the President West Bengal Primary Board for recruitment of nearly 46000 teachers.

Forms will be distributed and collected from, designated Bank / CLRCs for 16-11-2012 to 30-11-2012 (time is too short for some 20 lac candidates - i guess)

Get your Register of Appointments Authenticated

School authorities are to keep in mind that Register of Appointment shall be authenticated by the competent authority in order to filling up a vacancy.

As huge no. of additional posts have been sanctioned by the Govt. they should keep ready the  Register of Appointment by presenting it before the concerned authority for authentication.

Upper Age Limit for sitting SSC enhanced by Govt.

Upper age limit for sitting SSC exam has been raised by the Govt vide its notification no. 86-SE(S) dated 11-01-12 published in the Kolkata Gazette dated 13-01-2012.


for general candidate : 40 years of age as 1st January of year of publication of advertisement. Relaxation for Reserved category is unchanged
