No school shall run without recognition by the Govt.- RECOGNITION PROCEDURE TO ALL SCHOOLS

From now, no school other than a school established, owned and controlled by the appropriate government or local authority shall after the commencement of RTE Act be established or function without obtaining a certificate of recognition from the competent authority by making an application before the authority in prescribed form.

The application in prescribed format should be submitted online.

After getting registered online the form in Schedule-I should be submitted to DI (Primary) for Primary Section and DI (Secondary) for Secondary Section respectively of the concerned district on or before 15.06.2012.

The prescribed format is available from School Education Department Website 
and the form in Schedule-I is available with the concerned DI office.

Documents required for Hearing for Mutual Transfer at CSSC

Teachers who apllied for Mutual Tranfer have to bring with the following documents with them while attending the Hearing.
CANDIDATES TO BRING:
ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS:

  1. SSC Recommendation letter, if recommended for appointment by SSC.
  2. Appointment Letter offered by the Secretary of School
  3. Joining Report
  4. Approval of Appointment
  5. Hearing Letter

ATTESTED PHOTOCOPIES of all of the above documents shall be brought.




ON PART OF SCHOOL AUTHORITY

  1. Seal of Head of Institution / Secretary / Administrator ( depending on who is going to attend the hearing - ANY ONE CAN ATTEND)
  2. Hearing Letter
  3. If no one of HM/Secretary could attend the hearing, ORIGINAL authorization letter must be sent along with the Seal of the post.



** It is desirable to keep with them the original PRIOR PERMISSION COPY AGAINST the vacancy in which the incumbent is appointed **


SOME TIPS

  1. Arrive at CSSC office not before the time alloted for you - mentioned in the hearing letter.
  2. Wait for your names being announced through public address system
  3. Meet the official at the table to verify your documents and signed on the Draft Hearing sheet.
  4. Then move to upstairs for hearing while asked by the personnel.
  5. Do not gather in front of the front table.
  6. Leave the office as soon as your hearing is over.
  7. Do not allow your relatives to sit at the chairs kept
  8. Switch off your Mobile while entering before the Hearing Committee.

At last the Govt Order is on the net. G.O. No. 186(3) SE dated 14-5-2012 where it has been made clear that the Summer Vacation would be preponed by the School Authority and as well as reopening would also be preponed accordingly.

That means NO EXTRA LEAVE OVER 65 DAYS! - which is the answer to the question of many a teachers to us since last evening!

SUMMER VACATION

NO ORDER HAS BEEN UPLOADED BY GOVT TILL NOW REGARDING SUMMER VACATION IN GOVT AIDED SCHOOLS FROM TOMORROW...

It is learnt from the SDO office that the primary schools will be closed from 15-5-2012 to 4-6-2012 due to excessive heat. (order issued by WB BOARD OF PRIMARY EDUCATION)

no information is with me about secondary schools.

In terms of DSE WB memo no. 809-GA dated 27-3-12 an amount of Rs. 1,83,94,795/- only has been desitributed to each of Recog Non Govt & Govt Sponsored HS/High/Jr. High Schools in SALARY ACCOUNT for PURCHASING OF STATIONERIES FOR COMPUTERS, TO MEET UP ELECTRIC BILL, ANY MINOR WORK & REPAIRING WORK. This amount calculated @ 27.05 per student during the financial year 2011-12 in each school.

The S/A are requested to transfer the said amount from the salary A/C to Development A/C & spend as per above purpose. The UTILISATION CERTIFICATE be submitted to the undersigned with in JUNE-12.
