Permission to send intimation to eligible guardian voters through Their wards/messenger 149

Permission to send intimation to eligible guardian voters through Their wards/through messenger in relaxation to the rule made Under Clause 6(a) of the Election Procedure under the Rules for Management of Recognised Non-Govt. Institutions(Aided and Unaided),1969,as amended..

Since long complaints by all Headmasters had  been received by the officials of education deptt for the process of sending intimation through UCP for the volume of expenditure to be incurred by the school. Even some of schools face lots of problem due to paucity of fund. We were helpless to direct them to abide by the rules of sending intimation through UCP. At last from now the school authority may send the intimation through the ward reading in school or by special messenger under their signature in a record book. Also the elligible voter has to the acknowledgement.

Thanks to authorities of WBBSE & Postal Department
