SOME OF THE HEADMASTERS AND OFFICIALS OF EDUCATION DEPARTMENT ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR NOT TAKING ACTION TO REDUCE THE NUMBER OF UNEMPLOYED YOUTH IN BENGAL!!!!!! 

According to Labour Department Memo no 1R-16/2006/MISC/6782B. dated 16-11/2006 the employment exchange card of the selected candidate through the SSC should surrendered by the candidate while joining the school. DI/s are to collect their cards obviously through the HMs and to send the same to the concern Employment Exchange Office with a request to struck off his name.

OR

The incumbent concerned could be asked to submit the surrender certificate of his EEC to the HM who in turn submit a copy of such with approval of appointment proposal to DI/ADI.
