MORNING SCHOOL

The Secretary to School Education Department Mr, Vikram Sen has informed that Primary and Upper Primary Schools may be shifted to morning session in consultation with the DI & Chairman, DPSC vide its notification no:391(5)-SE(Pry)10M-12/2012, Date: 25.04.2012

To: The District Magistrate, Bankura / Purulia / Paschim Medinipur / Burdwan / Birbhum.
Ref: Morning School during the current Summer.
In view of the recent heat wave you are authorized to change school hours from the day shift to the morning shift in Primary and Upper Primary Schools in consultation with the Chairman, DPSC and the concerned DI of Schools. This should not in any way affect the normal school curriculum and the continuance of the Mid-Day-Meal programme.

Secretary/Headmaster/Headmistress/Teacher-in-Charge of all Upper primary Schools of this District are requested to change the school hours from the day to the Morning Shift in view of the recent heat. This should not in any way affect the normal school curriculum and continuance of the Mid Day Meal programme, with immediate effect.
