Recently Edn Secretary Education vide his letter no. 638-SSE/13 dated 21-11-2012 has asked all DIs to inform all schools that certain responsibility may have to be shouldered by the Teacher.

Sir / Madam,
The next PuTse PoIio Programme is scheduled to be held on 24th November, 2013 (Sunday). You are requested to take the following actions:
i)                   Inform all Schools and Madrasah teachers about the date of the Pulse Polio Programme.
ii)                All Schools and Madrasahs are to be oriented and asked to ensure that all children in their family get immunization doses.
iii)              If school teachers are enrolled as vaccinators / supervisors they must be spared for the activity and training and asked to do their duty properly.
Secondary school students are to be earmarked for each booth whose duty will be to get children to the booths for immunization.
iv)               Schools should be asked to arrange awareness rallies near the school prior to the date of immunization.
v)                  The Polio immunization schedule may be displayed in a prominent area in every school.
You may seek any necessary instructions from District Magistrate and
any clarifications required may be obtained from respective CMOH of the District.

Kindly ensure proper action in the matter. .

  • Last Date for getting print version of Application form and Bank Challan :
    14.09.2013 (10:00 A.M.).
  • Checking and Verification of Application Form and Other Documents by the Study Centre selected by the Applicant :
    04.09.2013 to 15.09.2013 (During office hours of the respective Study Centre).
  • Admission Fees collection by Allahabad Bank (through on-line Bank Challan) :
    After verification of documents by concerned study centre visit any branch within 16.09.2013 (During banking hours of the Bank).
  • Date of Submission of Application Form, other documents and duly paid "UNIVERSITY COPY" / "STUDY CENTRE'S COPY" obtained from Allahabad Bank at the Study Centre selected by the Applicant :
