non-drawal of Medical Allowance certificate required in the West Bengal Health Scheme

The District Inspectors of Schools are empowered by the Govt to issue non-drawal of Medical Allowance certificate for those teaching and non-teaching staff of schools whose spouse has been enrolled in the West Bengal Health Scheme
